Childhood dream profession:lion tamer.
Current position: Co-Founder and Partner of the PR-Service Agency, Vice-President of DCH, Vice-President of the Ukrainian PR League, Member of the Board of the Association of Corporate Security Professionals of Ukraine, Professor at two universities.
Education: Doctor of Economics, Ph.D. in Political Economy.
Career path: Ph.D., Ph.D. thesis, experience in management consulting, journalism, founding your own agency, collaboration with DCH, doctoral dissertation, writing and two-volume essay “Clairvoyance Researches”, social activities in the field.
Achievements: academic degrees and scientific title of professor, stable leadership position of PR-Service in the market, “Person-Brand” (MMR, 2009), recognition as a female business leader.
Three key character traits: humanity, clarity of thought, and flexibility.
What do you like most about your profession?
The ability to change the world. It is reflected in the PR-Service slogan “Transforming with a Word”.
What professional and personal qualities help you to be successful in your field?
I have to praise myself a lot: encyclopedic knowledge, breadth of thinking, and multitasking combined with a high speed of switching between tasks.

Who do you consider as a professional? What qualities should a professional have?
A professional is able to consistently demonstrate high results, even if the external conditions are very unfavorable. That is, whether you are healthy or sick, in a good or bad mood, in joy or sorrow, this should not affect the quality of work.
What principles do you follow in your work?
Do what you have to and sink or swim.
Do you have a guru in your field of activity and in general? Who is your guru? What qualities/deeds/accomplishments do they inspire you with?
Another principle that I have followed since childhood is “You shall not make for yourself an idol”. My closest friend and partner in the agency, Tetiana Lahoda, and I first wrote dissertations without focusing on any samples. Then, we established an agency without looking at other people's business models. And we have always been guided by our understanding and chose our own path.
What have you long wanted to gone in for in the professional field but could not due to any circumstances? What's been holding you back?
For 10 years, we have been going to update the official website of the agency. Finally, we recently launched this process.
What/who motivates you?
The knowledge that everything in this life is meaningful, even if the meaning is not obvious.
What is the most important advice you would give to a novice specialist who wants to build a career in your field of activity?
Learn systematically; look around with wide eyes and note trends; don't think that the world appeared with you.
What is a team for you? Are you a team person or a lone professional?
I am a one-man army. I can do both depending on the field of industry. In the case of teamwork, I am the leader who works together with the team, making up a single organism. The one, all “parts of which” understand each other without words.
How do you motivate personnel besides the financial component?
Human attitude and unique impressions from our amazing work.
How do you resolve conflicts within a team?
We try not to let them appear. But, if a system failure occurs, then Kipling's law of the jungle applies: “Punishment settles all scores. There is no nagging afterward”.
How do you manage to do everything? What is your key to managing your time?
It would be best if you chose the proper timing for each task. Then the energy comes.
Do you consider yourself a role model?
Hardly. I do not believe in success and do not favor imitators.
If you could go back 10-20 years ago, what would you change in your professional life?
As cliche as it may sound, nothing. Everything worked out for the best.
