• XIII INTERNATIONAL PR-FESTIVAL: DANCE IN THE RAIN WAS A SUCCESS

Last week of 2015, the Radisson Blu Hotel in the capital successfully hosted the brightest and most honest event in the domestic PR industry. It was the XIII International PR Festival. Business communications were in the spotlight this year, and more than 200 people took part in the Festival 2015.

"We decided to focus on the economic aspect since today it is vital for the future of the country. Politics is only a context in our case," told the Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Festival, Vice-President of the Ukrainian PR League Olena Derevianko, "And, judging by the first results and reviews, we managed to fulfill our most important task and hold the Festival with maximum efficiency. All the cases presented within the framework of the program were distinguished by severity and topicality, were "down to earth" in good sense, and, it seems to me, will serve as excellent food for thought and an incentive for further development not only for colleagues in the workshop but also for representatives of other businesses. We are sincerely grateful to all participants, speakers, and partners.”

As previously reported, the speakers of the XIII International PR Festival were:

  • Headliner guest Boryslav Bereza (People's Deputy of Ukraine);
  • experts representing the corporate sector: Natalia Iemchenko (Director of Public Relations and Communications of SCM Group), Ievhenii Zahorulko (Head of PR Service of Smart-Holding), Olena Plakhova (Director of Corporate Communications of CORUM Group), Svitlana Liubchenko (External Communications Manager Platinum Bank), Viktoriia Iesaulenko (Marketing Director of Asters Law Firm), Ievhenii Smiiukha and Olha Stepovyk-Shyman (Partner and Business Development Director of Dynasty Law Firm), Nataliia Kononenko (Managing Partner of the NOKs fishes group of companies);
  • iconic figures of the Ukrainian journalism and media business Tetiana Tsymbal and Semen Sluchevskyi, Nina Mishchenko (ex-deputy editor of Forbes Ukraine), Dariia Isakova (editor of Forbes Ukraine, editor-in-chief of Forbes Woman), Olena Shramko (editor-in-chief and head of the kontrakty.ua portal), Ievheniia Ruzhentseva (Business Development Director of the publishing house “Judicial Practice”), Iryna Serdiuk (Commercial Director of the weekly "BUSINESS");
  • HR experts Olha London (managing partner of I-Co Group, coach consultant, facilitator), Ihor Kabuzenko (director of the Ukrainian office of Ward Howell, expert in the search for top managers and independent directors in Ukraine), Olena Arkhipova (head of the “Coaching Bureau project – Personal development”);
  • Kazbek Bektursinov and Dariia Shapovalova (founder and creative director of the international fashion week Mercedes-Benz Kyiv Fashion Days in Kyiv).

Each of the speakers contributed to the formation of the atmosphere of the Festival: positive, on the one hand, and creative in professional and emotional terms, on the other. This year's dominant topic of business communications was interpreted in all possible directions, from the formation of Ukraine's external image to CSR in wartime conditions. And the basis for productive work has traditionally been the corporate identity of the Festival: pluralism + professionalism + creativity.

In addition, the premiere took place within the framework of the International PR-Festival-2015: the culmination of the Festival was the awarding of the winners of the first All-Ukrainian Corporate Reputation Management Quality Rating REPUTATIONAL ACTIVists. The project was initiated by the weekly "Business," PR Service Agency, and the consulting company NOKs Fishes, and the results of the Rating were published in the weekly "Business" (No. 13 dated 30 April 2015, business.ua).

And, of course, the contribution of the friends of the forum contributed to the success of the XIII International PR Festival:

  • special partners: Danone, Versobank, professional associations “Ukrainian Retailers Association,” Ukrainian Building Community, HOTELIERO;
  • media partners: RBC-Ukraine, TK 112, Radio Kyiv – 98 FM, Novoe Vremya, Minain, Apostrophe, ABCnews, Legal Practice, Sostav.ua, ReklaMaster, ProPR, Marketing and Advertising, ORT MEDIA.

And the Radisson Blu hotel, of course. It has managed to become a real home for the Festival and its guests in two years.
